Registration for Nisse Studies
The State Nisse Academy will close from the beginning of 2025
However, Nissestyrelsen, in collaboration with the University of Copenhagen,
has developed a new course of Nisse studies,
which is available from the spring quarter of 2025
What is the new Nisse Academy
Nisse Academy is an interdisciplinary program,
which aims to explore
nisse history,
language, culture and ecological practices.
This program will promote mutual
respect and cooperation between humans and nisser.
